Healthy and fresh quinoa salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Tri-Colored Quinoa
  • 1 1/2 English Cucumber
  • 1/2 Cup Chives Chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cups Feta Cheese Herb & Garlic
  • 3 Halves Bell Pepper Assorted Colors
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley Fresh Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro (Optional) Fresh chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cup Grape or Cherry Tomatoes Cut in Half
  • 1/4 Bottle Renees Sweet Onion Vinagrette Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cook Quinoa according to package directions, drain and cool
  • Chop tomatoes, cucumber, peppers.
  • Chop fresh herbs and add to veggies
  • Add veggies and herbs to cooled quinoa
  • Mix feta cheese into quinoa, veggies and herbs
  • Pour dressing over top and mix well.
  • ENJOY!
