Quinoa Salad

Harvest Meals are here, and this is a quick and easy side dish to add to any of your favorite meals.

This recipe is a favorite of mine introduced to me by my sister-in-law Shellie.  It is easy to make, tasty, filling and healthy (BONUS!)

I like to add some extra protein to mine by adding in some Tuna, Chicken, Shrimp or Beef.

So, give it a try, and make sure to let me know if you do. I would love to hear if you loved it too!
